NEURO-PLASTICITY

Skill acquisition, recovery and speed are all dependant upon  neural plasticity.

BDNF and NGF are proteins that up-regulate neural plasticity and performance.

'BDNF' & 'NGF'
Neurogenic and neuroplasticity proteins

Neural plasticity enables quick and effecting skill acquisition.

Increased speed, accuracy, data processing with neural clarity and neural noise cancelling.

Improving neural and cognitive physiology and stimulation modulation.

Plasticity like physical flexibility and speed can be improved.

React quicker, see quicker, process plays quicker, and acquire and retain new skills.

Neuro-Sports focuses on the key proteins of Performance, Protection and Recovery.

Critical proteins (Neural Growth Factors) include NGF and BDNF -These are the gatekeepers of Plasticity (Flexibility & Speed of Neural pathways).

Skill acquisition is based upon Neural Plasticity that delivers new neural fast track pathways, speed of reaction, and even muscular development.

Up-regulating teh proteins, BDNF and NGF ,is a game changer achieved by neuro-sports, exercise, nutrion nad multisensory training programs

Nerve growth factor - Peripheral nerves, sensory and motor.
Nerve growth factor (NGF) is critical for the survival and maintenance of sympathetic and sensory neurons. The movement of NGF from axon tip to soma is thought to be involved in the long-distance signaling of neurons.[15]

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor[ - Brain and central nervous system.
Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is found originally in the brain, but also found in the periphery. It is a protein that has activity on certain neurons of the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system; it helps to support the survival of existing and new neurons taht fast track neural pathways responsible for the so called muscle memory and subconscous responses/ skills

BDNF is one of the most active substances to stimulate neurogenesis.

Facilitating new neural pathways to bi-pass damaged nerves (in cases of Traumatic Brain Injury, Concussion, Stroke as well as peripheral sensory and motor nerves)

At a performance level these proteins (BDNF andf NGF)  bring about co-ordination and fast track pathways to speed reactions, support muscle growth.

Improving decision making.

Up-regulating Cognition (Central)

and

Improving reactions and proprioception through both Central and Peripheral pathways involving BDF and NGF..

Despite its name, BDNF is actually found in a range of tissue and cell types, not just the brain. Expression can be seen in the retina, the CNS, motor neurons, the kidneys, and the prostate. Exercise has been shown to increase the amount of BDNF and therefore serve as a vehicle for neuroplasticity.
